I felt really at ease and I felt like I could say exactly how I felt without any judgement.  I feel that the counselling that I have received has helped me in so many ways.  I have come away more confident and with “tools” for how to cope when life gets hard.  I feel the service was really professional.

I was very nervous in the first session but as I continued, I felt more at ease and I gained that outside perspective which helped me to see aspects that I wasn’t able to admit to myself. Just by saying some of my problems out loud to someone who understood meant a lot because it made me feel worthy of myself for validating that I wanted to help myself.

It was great that I could do sessions via telephone in the comfort of my own home.  Fiona was so patient and easy to talk with.  I didn’t feel pushed but just at ease so I could be myself and express what I had to say.

I do feel like I’m in a completely different place in my life now.  It was useful having someone to talk to who knew nothing about me or my life before I had spoken to them.  It really helps to have someone on middle ground to help you understand your feelings and why you act and think the way you do and to focus on how to fix them.

From the first session that I had with Fiona, I felt completely comfortable.  The zoom sessions actually made me feel even more comfortable as I was in my own environment.
